TAMPA, FL — This October 23–26, 2025, Pied Piper Productions proudly presents the return of Piper’s Haunted Carnival at Armature Works, a four-day extravaganza that unites families, music fans, and the community in a celebration of Halloween like no other. After last year’s pause due to hurricane impacts, the event is back and bigger than ever, combining thrilling rides, superstar performances, and meaningful community support. This includes a newly announced third day on Sunday.
Carnival Fun for All Ages: Each day the all-ages carnival delivers the sights and sounds of classic fair entertainment. Guests can enjoy rides like The Zipper, Gravitron, bumper cars, and two towering Ferris wheels offering breathtaking views of downtown Tampa. Families will find plenty of seasonal delights, from traditional carnival games to sweet fall treats. A dedicated Kids Zone ensures younger guests have their own Halloween playground, featuring pumpkin painting, superhero meet-and-greets, face painting, and more. Children under 3 receive free admission, making the carnival an accessible outing for all families and will remain open even while the Festival is ongoing.
Nighttime Festival Magic: As evening falls, the Carnvial wil transform into an electrifying music venue. Friday, October 24 features Steve Aoki, Rick Ross, Borgeous, and Irie. Saturday, October 25 showcases Galantis, Said The Sky, Xandra, and Bonnie x Clyde with both shows being for ages 18+. Sunday’s lineup is for fans of all ages, with a pop/country‑fusion of live music and DJ sets. Recently announced Grammy‑nominated/multi-platinum BEBE REXAH, masked sensation SICKICK, rising country star ASHLEY WALLS & YEEDM DJ Roxy Ferrari.

For more than two decades, Pied Piper Productions has delivered Tampa’s most iconic Halloween celebrations, transforming the city’s riverfront into a seasonal hub of excitement. Past lineups have featured global stars like Diplo, Deadmau5, DJ Snake, and Shaq (DJ Diesel).
